Payment Information

Orders are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). The payment methods enabled for the specific order are the methods displayed in checkout before the order is submitted.

Available methods

Payment methods can depend on the order, address, currency, and checkout context. The live checkout page is the authoritative list. If a method is not shown there, it is not being offered for that order. Please do not send card numbers, security codes, or banking credentials by email.

Authorization and review

The selected method must be authorized before the order can be accepted. We may pause or cancel an order if authorization fails, a transaction requires additional review, a technical issue prevents confirmation, or an item cannot be supplied.

Refund route and timing

When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method. We process the approved refund within 10 business days. A bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the amount on the account.
