Shipping Information

Our delivery service covers destinations in Canada. Where an order qualifies, standard shipping is provided at no charge; the checkout page confirms the available service for the address entered.

From order to dispatch

Accepted orders normally leave processing within 1–2 business days. This period allows us to review the order, confirm payment authorization, prepare the items, and hand the parcel to the carrier.

Carrier movement

Once dispatched, carrier transit is normally 4–6 business days. Combining the normal handling and transit estimates gives an expected delivery window of 5–8 business days after order placement.

What can change an estimate

The window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier volume, weather, remote destinations, incomplete address information, or other service disruptions can affect the actual arrival date. Please check the address carefully before submitting the order.

Late or damaged parcels

If tracking stops moving, a parcel is damaged, or its contents appear incomplete, send us the order number and a description of what happened. We will review the available delivery information and advise the next step.
